Flight Club ("FlightClub," "we," "us," or "our") is a private aviation product offered by Scott Aviation, LLC dba Silver Air ("Company"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit FlightClub.aero (the "Site") or submit a request through it (the "Services").

By using the Site or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, and phone number, submitted through our "Request a Quote" or "Request More Information" forms or other inquiries.
• Trip and inquiry information, such as preferred travel dates, routes, passenger count, and other details you provide when requesting a quote or information.
• Communications, such as information you provide when contacting customer service or otherwise corresponding with us.
• Information collected automatically, including IP address, browser and device information, and usage data collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies, including for site analytics and advertising.

The Site does not process payments and does not collect payment card information. If you proceed to book a flight with us, that engagement is handled outside the Site, under a separate agreement, and may involve collecting additional information (which may include government-issued identification, where required by applicable aviation security regulations) directly from you at that time.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising, including ads shown to you on other sites after visiting ours. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some Site functionality.

We use the information described above to respond to your quote and information requests; communicate with you; operate, maintain, and improve the Site; conduct analytics and marketing; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other unlawful activity.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with: service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as website hosting, analytics, customer support, and CRM tools); Silver Air Private Jets and, where relevant to fulfilling your request, partner air carriers; advertising and analytics partners; professional advisors; government or regulatory authorities where required by law; and a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may also share information with your consent or at your direction.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we have collected, to request deletion or correction of your information, and to opt out of certain sharing of information for advertising purposes, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

FlightClub.aero is operated in the United States and intended primarily for a U.S. audience. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

6. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
